How long will it take for my order to ship?
Since many of our pottery and home decor items are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Are MudLOVE mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes! All of our ceramic mugs and stoneware are high-fired, making them durable enough for daily use in both the dishwasher and microwave.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How does my purchase provide clean water?
Every product purchased provides one week of clean water to someone in need through our partner, Water1st International. Your support helps fund sustainable water projects globally.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Ceramics are fragile, and while we pack them with care, accidents happen. If your item arrives broken, please email a photo of the damage to our support team within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately.
