Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted MudLOVE pottery and jewelry, but if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Every purchase still supports our mission of providing clean water to those in need.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Pottery

  Carefully wrap your items in their original packaging or equivalent protective bubble wrap to ensure these handmade pieces arrive back to us safely without breaking.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our studio receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
